Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (these "Terms") govern your use of the Client Follow-Up Systems platform ("CFS"), operated by Client Follow-Up Systems LLC ("CFS", "we", or "us").

By purchasing a subscription, creating an account, purchasing Strategy Credits, or otherwise using CFS, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use CFS.

CFS provides AI-assisted creative strategy tools that help you analyze customer feedback, reviews, testimonials, product information, offers, existing creative, customer language, story angles, hooks, and creative direction, and produces structured Creative Packages and production-ready creation prompts.

CFS is a strategy and creative-direction tool. CFS does not guarantee sales, revenue, leads, conversions, engagement, advertising performance, business growth, platform approval, or any other commercial result.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and for all activity performed through your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared commercially, or used to avoid subscription or Strategy Credit limits.

Current launch pricing is Founders Monthly at $99 per month and Founders Annual at $990 per year. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually until cancelled.

You authorize recurring billing through Stripe. Applicable taxes may be charged where required.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally create a refund or prorated credit for the current paid billing period. Access generally continues through the end of the paid period unless access must be suspended due to nonpayment, fraud, chargeback, a violation of these Terms, or another legitimate reason.

Founders pricing remains locked while your subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the pricing in effect at the time of re-subscription applies.

Strategy Credits are usage units used to run designated CFS tools. Different tools may cost different numbers of Strategy Credits, and the cost is displayed before you run a tool.

Subscription plans include the established credit allowance per billing cycle. Additional Strategy Credits may be purchased.

Strategy Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, are not cryptocurrency or stored monetary value, and may not be transferred between unrelated accounts.

Included cycle credits are provided per billing cycle and do not roll over as additional credits unless stated. Purchased top-up credits remain available while your account is active.

If a qualifying tool run fails due to a platform or system error before a usable result is produced, the existing Strategy Credit restoration process applies. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund.

AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information, may require editing, may be unexpected, may resemble commonly available ideas, and may not be unique.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before use.

You may submit customer reviews, testimonials, survey responses, product information, offer details, scripts, advertisements, brand information, marketing copy, customer feedback, URLs, existing creative, and other business materials.

You represent that you have the legal right to submit and use those materials. You grant CFS only the limited rights reasonably required to process the submitted material and provide the platform service. CFS does not take ownership of your underlying business or brand materials merely because you submit them to CFS.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use the reviews, testimonials, survey responses, customer information, and other materials you submit. You should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.

• Illegal activity, fraud, or infringement
• Abusive use or unauthorized access
• Attempts to bypass Strategy Credits or subscription restrictions
• Reverse engineering where prohibited by law
• Scraping the platform at scale
• Unauthorized resale of access or outputs
• Deceptive impersonation or unlawful spam
• Deceptive advertising or malicious activity
• Submitting content you do not have the rights to use

Client Follow-Up Systems LLC retains ownership of the platform and its intellectual property, including software, source code, workflows, system architecture, internal prompt frameworks, proprietary processes, platform templates, documentation, UI and design, branding, and original website content.

Your purchase of a subscription or credits does not transfer ownership of CFS software or platform infrastructure to you.

Availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, infrastructure interruptions, third-party provider outages, AI provider changes, API limitations, security events, or technical problems. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

CFS may use third parties for functions such as Stripe payment processing, hosting and infrastructure, AI/LLM processing, email delivery, security, analytics, and embedded media. Each third party is subject to its own terms and practices.

We may suspend or restrict access for legitimate reasons, including nonpayment, fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse, security threats, a violation of these Terms, illegal use, or platform misuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that legally apply in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will reflect the updated effective date above. Continued use of CFS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
