Refund & Cancellation Policy

Founders Monthly is $99 per month and Founders Annual is $990 per year. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins, except where required by law, for verified duplicate charges, for confirmed billing errors, or for written exceptions approved by CFS.

Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally create a prorated refund for the current paid period. You generally retain access through the end of the paid subscription term unless access must be suspended due to payment reversal, fraud, chargeback, a violation of the Terms, or another legitimate reason.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually until cancelled.

Strategy Credit top-up purchases (10 credits for $19, 30 credits for $49, and 60 credits for $89) are generally final and non-refundable once credits are successfully added to your account, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by law.

Strategy Credits have no cash value.

Strategy Credits used for a successfully completed tool run are not refundable simply because you change your mind, do not like the recommendation, choose not to use the output, want a different direction, or do not achieve a specific business result.

If a qualifying CFS platform or system failure occurs before a usable result is produced, the existing credit-restoration logic applies. This is a Strategy Credit restoration, not a cash refund.

You can cancel future subscription renewal through the supported billing-management process. When the Stripe Customer Portal is available, you may cancel self-service without contacting CFS. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not by itself close your account or erase your saved work.

If you have a billing concern, please contact CFS before filing a dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
